My goal is to provide the best experience possible for all clients . In order to be respectful of my time and yours the following policies have been adopted:

MASSAGE AND BODYWORK DEPOSITS

All services require a non-refundable deposit and a valid credit to confirm a reservation. This deposit is applied to your overall total and is due at session confirmation. The deposit amount is $20 for all services.

The remaining balance and any optional gratuity will be collected at session completion. Upon checkout, clients may choose an alternate method of payment (cash, venmo etc) and are not obligated to use the credit card on file.

Accepted Payment Forms Include:

Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Major Credit Cards

ARRIVAL 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This will ensure that you have time to use the restroom, discuss any specific concerns you may have, and allow time to comfortably get on the massage table.

LATE ARRIVAL

Wilmington traffic can be unpredictable and awful. Please text or call if you will be late. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes unfortunately cannot receive an extension and will still conclude at their originally scheduled time. No Call No Show’s will be charged the full amount.

RESCHEDULING

If, for any reason, you cannot keep your scheduled time slot please reach out at least 12 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service.

CANCELLATION

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you miss an appointment, not only is that time lost, but you have prevented another client who could have scheduled that time slot.

Cancellations Fees are as Follows:

More than 12 Hours Notice: $0

Less than 12 Hours Notice: 50%*

No Call No Show: 100%*

*minus the prepaid deposit

Repeated cancellations (two or more) will require full prepayment for future booked appointments. 

**Please note that a parent or legal guardian must be present in the room for all services on clients who are minors.
